Hit Rank 1 as killer, started the game 3 weeks ago. Is this good or is the game just that easy?
Title pretty much says it all. Genuinely curious, as it felt pretty easy and took less than 60 hours of play time, with a good 30-40% of that AFK/tabbed out.
I ran wraith to rank 1, perks were Sloppy Butcher, BBQ Chili OR Franklins depending if they had a lot of items, Nurses Calling, and the Crow perk, I forget what it's called, but it notifies you when someone is near a crow.

In my experience, the displayed rank is more about hours played, and perhaps also playstyle.
If you play casual, and like to make sure, that everyone is having a good time, you will loose some games, but if you actually just play to win, you will most of the time, unless you run into an equally sweaty group.
I feel, that the majority of players just play the game to have fun for a little while.

Rank is inaccurate, always has been, this isnt anything surprising.

The average player is bad IMO, so if you are able to get the hang of things faster than the average player, it makes sense that you'd cruise through the rankings. They're not a particularly good indication of player skill, honestly.

Yeah. Tbh, progressing through the ranks, I've seen red ranks that are far worse than green/purple. It's part of why I was curious, because it didn't feel like a crazy accomplishment.

Yeah, the sucky part is I feel like grinding to red rank I can't play any other killer outside of my comfort zone, come the 13th I really just plan to play all the killers for fun, I don't plan to focus on Rank 1 again, I just wanted to see if I could.

There's no actual representation of skill in this game so you can rank up easily off of survivors simply being bad.

Props, I don't see myself getting rank 1 survivor, I find it much harder to pip as survivor compared to killer. I'm rank 6 surv currently.

Yea many people think the same. But for me personally survivor is much easier than killer. But its still good to hear you playing both sides

For sure, playing killer has actually improved my survivor skills, with looping and etc, I try to reenact what people were doing to me. But I tell you what, nothing makes me rage more than getting hit through a pallet or spamming spacebar and nothing happening lol

I dont wanna debate u but with 60 hours of playtime u got perks from 3 killers?

Ah yes, there are some questionable hits here and there, however they look like normal hits on killers screen, which is a beauty of this game lol. Desync and server issues are always present.
I don't get mad at the hits that often anymore, but getting potato teammates can be very frustrating even after months of playing. Hopefully new matchmaking will somehow fix that

Yes, Nurses Calling was in the blood shop, and i played cannibal til around rank 10.

+ Playing cannibal with BBQ means LOTS of BP.

Don’t you need cannibal up to rank 30+ to get BBQ as a teachable? Not rank 10

No, you just need the Blood Web at level 30. Rank and Level are different
