new survivor no perks unlocked bug.

so my friend i play dbd with put bps into the new survivor and no perks unlocked or accessible

level 8 without perks, I have so many questions

Restart the game or change the survivor and click again on perks. Its, I guess, a loading bug and should be fixed after doing a restart or something like that.
