"RANKROULETTE" code doesn't work
Just tried it and got nothing. Tried it again and it tells me code has already been redeemed. Not only are ranks screwed, but the apology gift for said problem also doesn't work. Guess I shouldn't be surprised at this point.

Hi, this issue has since been resolved, you should be able to use the code without issue now.

just wanted to give info, didn’t want to talk down on you. often times those codes are only given out on Twitter or somewhere else after all..

I got the code in my news feed just now. It worked fine for me.
Thanks for this topic though, I don't do social media which is where the codes are often found so I likely would have seen the holiday sweater news - which is above the code - and not noticed that it wasn't the only news of the day. I also think it's cool that the devs had some fun at their own expense with the code name.
250K BP is a nice apology for something that was obviously just an error that will be corrected (if it hasn't already, my ranks are fine).

Just wondering, does this mean that there will be no resolution to the rank reset issue?
ie will those who didn't get reset, get reset?

I got sent to rank9 in both roles as rank1 and I dont really care they put me today or tomorrow at 5, id rather climb the ladder again than to risk a worse bug also if every time the rank bugs they are going to give BPs I can only hope it bugs more often, even if I land at rank 20.

No aggression at all. Just a little frustrated after a culmination of smaller issues.
Killer grabs STILL not working, ranks not resetting properly, pallets literally always having some sort of issue, certain killer powers getting bugged, rift challenges being unobtainable, just to name a few.
But yea, I could have worded it a little more politely in hindsight 👍🏻

Nope i get all those complaints. I play on xbox so i got plenty of issues but they do wat they want.
