What's a good Doctor build?

I switch it out sometimes but here's what I run mostly.

BBQ,discordance,ruin,NOED

And I know a lot of y'all hate noed so please don't make fun of me for running it lol I just want some ideas. thanks!!

    STBFL + Whispers + Iron Maiden + Pop. Purple add on for reducing blast recast and a range extender.

    I run Ruin, Pop, Whispers, and use the last slot for a flex perk.

    I've had a lot of success with STBFL, Enduring, Spirit Fury and either Pop or Brutal Strength.

    Iron Maiden, STBFL, Pop, BBQ for stacks.

    Swap out NOED for literally anything except Monitor and you'll have a good build. I know some people run STBFL on him because Drey does. Brutal strength is another perk I see often.

    I usually do ruin undying bbq and a 4th perk would be slopp, distressing or franklins if they have items. I also love the add ons that give constant TR in tier 3 it confuses the survivors

    I got a 18 winstreak without addons with this perks: Thrilling, Pop, Stbfl, Corrupt.

    Corrupt gives you a high chance for a good early game and survivor cant hide from doctor. Save the best for last makes your chase stronger. Pop delays and thrilling helps you to find the right gen to pop. I prefer thrilling over bbq bc it has less counter and you can shock someone on a gen and then block it.

    I use a pretty basic Pop/Corrupt/BBQ with M&A.

    Monitor allows you to get a bit closer to survivors before they run and allows you to have a 40m (larger with calm add ons) static blast in chases.

    Impossible skill check build is pretty fun. Huntress lullaby, distressing, unnerving presence & overcharge. I use undying instead of overcharge though. Indoor maps it's pretty OP or on maps that have decent totem spawns.
