Trapper cripple them all achievement?
I have no idea how to get this achievement especially since grabs are so inconsistent. I try to time it correctly but it always just ends up being a basic attack. Has anyone managed to get this?

Grabbing someone from a trap isn't inconsistent for me? The survivor can't do anything that would desync the grab, unlike gen/hook grabs where they can cancel their connection to the object. Just walk up to the trapped survivor and press space.

Just farm it. Be nice and swing at your trap but set 2 traps. Pick them up then step in the other so they get free and reset the first trap until you get the achievement but be nice afterwards since they helped you out.
(Edit: To grab, just stand behind them or to the side and just tap the attack button. If you hold it at all, it'll do a lunge instead.)

I wasn't aware that space could grab them. I thought you had to tap the attack button?

I might be wrong, since I don't play Trapper super often, but space grabs survivors from his traps while M1ing downs them. Which is good for building STBFL stacks or avoiding DS, but otherwise there's no reason not to pick them up.
All other kinds of grabs rely on M1 taps.

Can confirm you need to use a different key to grab Survivors from traps compared to your classic M1. So once you are clear on how to do it there will never be inconsistency anymore. 😊
