blinding killer but doesnt drop Survivor?

is it rng for this game to work properly? blinded killer got the blood points for blind but didnt drop . Ive had it happen on both sides killer and survivor... also have had a pallet droped on me get stunned but dont drop survivor????

Often happens. It is probably because they have not blinded or thrown the pallet at the right time (just when the killer finishes the lift animation)

It's all about timing. The stun / blind must happen when killer is able to move, not mid pickup animation. Otherwise it fails

It’s a timing issue. If the killer is still in the “picking up” animation they won’t drop the survivor, even if it’s the last few frames of the animation. You have to stun or blind them just after they finish it.
