Survivors need a fourth hook state because killers are to op,
Especially with crutch perks like
Hex:third seal or blood favor
Op perks like cruel limits, monstrous shrine and fugitive chase ,
It's just to make it more fair for survivors, because right now we have no chance to escape and I think this would be a great change

I agree. I've just seen a Trickster get a 4k with only Predator and Monstrous shrine. These op perks can even let me finish 5 gens in peace.
Survivors should have an opportunity to escape after getting hit. Scratch marks should disappear after 1 second and the killer freezes in place for 5 seconds.
The fourth hook state is long overdue...

Bloodhound in its current state is op, I say everytime a killer hits the survivor they get a mettle of man stack (Base-kit now) and 6 hook states, ALSO killers run around with plastic spoons now which takes 6 hits to down.
