Which is the best Hex perk?
Yeah I think Hex: Ruin it's so nice not having to worry about kicking gens. Can be used as a tracking perk in the distance seeing if a gen is sparking or not. And great synergy with Tinkerer, Surveillance, Undying, and mobility killers. But what about you? Sorry gotta specify the last two they only give me ten options. Also please buff blood favor.

Ruin is a great perk.... while it lasts lol.

Hex: Huntress Lullaby
Lullaby 100% heres why...
Lullaby does what ruin was originally meant for but better.
Old ruin made it so you had to hit great skill checks to progress the gen and if you hit the normal skill check it reduced the progress.
Lullaby makes it so skill check notis arent heard. Skillchecks with lullaby are actually kinda difficult. This means not only do you get a lot of missed skill checks but you also get a lot of info. You know which gens are being worked on better with lullaby due to gen explosions AND you get a lot of info when someone heals too.
How to make it op:
Run it on Doctor
Perks: lullaby, undying, unnerving presence, sloppy
Addons: the best calm addons you have.
How it plays: calm gives you a massive terror radius for unnerving. As you find and hook survivors you get tokens (that stay if cleansed because new undying) lullaby activates with less warning / no warning for skillchecks. Unnerving is still a thing and getting out of the terror radius isnt a thing. Finally as you shock people the skill checks get weird. The weirder the skill checks are the harder they will be so try not to get people to tier 3 madness.
Now you have a no skillcheck build with an oppressive ammount of tracking and slowdown.
Have fun

Hex: Devour Hope
Devour Hope can completely change a match after only getting three hooks. Once the survivors realize you have three stacks, they all immediately stop doing gens to search for the totem. And while it's completely RNG whether they find the totem quickly, if it takes them a while to find it they're screwed.
And oh boy if you run it with Undying on a killer whose ability can benefit from the instadown, the survivors are in for a hell of a ride.

Hex: No One Escapes Death
The only best hex perk is NOED because it isn't the only one that isn't insta cleansed as soon as the match starts.

Hex: Ruin
While Devour is the most fun, Ruin is undoubtedly the best.

Hex: Ruin
Ruin is an amazing slowdown perk that is very powerful and is actually somewhat useful tracking-wise. Excels in both early-game and late-game, it's just that good.

Hex: Devour Hope
If we’re talking in terms of best case scenario it’s gotta be devour hope. Sure if you’re lucky ruin can stay up all game but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll win. But if the survivors can’t find devour it basically does since once you get those 5 tokens it’s 1 shot instantaneous death. Sure most of the time devour hope won’t get to that point but that can be said for any hex perk
