Spirit Haters

I don’t use Stridor on her because I’d feel like a dirtbag.
No Ruin and I never use Ruin+Undying on anyone. I go for Thrilling Tremors and Pop instead. I swap between BBQ and Whispers depending on how I’m feeling that day. Last perk is either Rancor or Shadowborn because epic FOV.
I usually take it pretty easy because I know I can win 90% of the time without too much effort. Most of the time I’m playing Spirit I’m on the phone or talking to someone because I don’t wanna hear every movement the survivors make because it’s so easy.
Please change Spirit.

But isnt that true the other way around too? If you have a survivor that doesnt make mistakes while looping, what does a trapper do to him, or a clown? He can occupy the killer the whole game, but that doesnt seem to be a problem.
However, how common are Nurses, Spirits and perfect looper-survivors?
(and i dont disagree with you here, there is not much to do vs the really really good nurses and spirits). I just think there are some double standards here.

Just because people aren't constantly going on about every problem with the game doesn't mean they aren't aware of their existence. For example, I'm fairly certain most people on the forums are fully aware of the massive problem that is predropping pallets and slamming gens, the tactic that is essentially identical to survivors being good at looping because they are cutting out any ability for them to make a mistake.

Here's the way I look at it.
The survivor's input needs to matter in a chase, 'cause that's like.. the best part of the game. So naturally, killers you can't do anything against at a certain level like Spirit and Nurse are big problems, because your skill at the best part of the game doesn't matter anymore. But there could be a theoretically perfect looper that you can't catch, and the killer's skill needs to matter too.
But assuming you're not a weaker killer (clown, trapper, pig) who really doesn't have a good power for closing out chases, you've got some good way of getting them with the proper application of skill and reads. Blight, Slinger, Huntress, and PH come to mind. And even if you just really can't catch them.. you can always break chase. There's three other survivors who have to put themselves in dangerous positions to complete their objective, and the map is constantly getting less safe as the game goes on. Knowing when to break chase and go for someone else is an incredibly important skill as killer.
They can't all be safe. And if they are, that's the fault of the map more than anything.
