No, I don't think so

Yes, kill them all or else!

No, you can't be banned for doling out your generosity in unequal ways. :) Tough luck for him, but if he gave you salt for it I would write his name down. Memorize it. If you ever pull him again, do the SAME thing. It will be hilarious.

Nah. You're fine.

The only reason you would get punished for letting Survivors live is if you are directly working with the other Survivors to harass, bully, or kill somebody on their team. Besides that no, you will not be punished for showing mercy to the Survivors you haven’t killed yet.

I've literally let all 4 survivors go before. And I've let 3 survivors go after the first survivor died to an RBT and it was just a slaughterfest until I decided "These guys seem okay. Let's make their day and let them do the gens and escape."

I hope not.
In times of despair, I'm known to flex my Dwighty locker charms into a free escape now and then. I wouldn't want to be doing so at the detriment of my homicidal benefactors.

If they can be slugged, not bleed out, and do 5 gens, they earned the exit gate

Nah, this seems to routinely happen with me since I tend to let survivors live if they have a particularly BM / rude teammate or if they have multiple DCs. Haven't gotten in trouble for it before!

No. You're the killer.
In real-life, killers don't always do things to an unofficial rule. They can be deceitful and selective.
Yesterday I was a tier 2 mirror Myers. Had a David who was pallet dropping/sliding with tea-baggery as a side quest. And when I mean tea-baggery, I mean this guy will be having a double knee replacement by 30.
It got to the point that he kept following me around and coaxing me. Even walking up to me, slow-mo walk as I stalked. I played ball...until it came down to a planned 3 gen situation. After hooking everyone 2 times legitimately...I sacrificed 2 of his teammates then got him on the exit switch. Moral of the story? A Myershant never forgets.
Unless you are hacking or keeping the match hostage using an exploit, it's all fair game.
