Why are support slow to respond? Plz read.
I just got told today by a mod that 2 driver updates that is coming will have issues. Here's what is making me 😠 I just updated mine yesterday because I thought oh maybe that's why its freezes ingame nope made it worse. Now every game that ran smooth is acting up. Why so slow to respond to issues like I posted for the past 2 days. As it was just the issue with dbd now its every game.
What do I do now.? Its no ones fault but I wish I was told this like yesterday. Any way I can go back to past driver updates?

firstly this has nothing to do with support being slow to respond.
secondly, youd have to give details on your hardware to get help here but assuming youre on nvidia:

DUDE did you just read. I posted the same thing for the past 2 days. No answers. And yes I use nvidia

you posting the same thing for the past 2 days has nothing to do with the reason dbd support are slow to respond, which is what your title insinuates. unless you're trying to tell me you posting for the past 2 days has been the reason they've been slow to respond for, what, years?
and yes, using nvidia, use the link i sent.

If every game freezes, you should probably look at support from the graphics card manufacturer that you use and not BHVR.

I read it just fine, you said every game is having issues, therefore it is a Graphics Driver issue and not BHVRs, they can only guide you, you need to take the initiative, like contacting NVIDIA / AMD to assist you, @GoodBoyKaru has given you a guide on how to rollback.
support gets 1000s of reports / questions a day that are no more or less important than yours and are looked at sequentially, wait your turn or speak to Nvidia / AMD
