Error al buscar partidas públicas con amigos PS4 Pro

Hola, tengo el problema que ya es muy molesto al tratar de aceptar una invitación para unirme a una partida pública con amigos me sale el mismo mensaje de error que no me he podido conectar a la sesión de juego. Ya he reiniciado la aplicación, ya he reiniciado la consola y sigue el mismo error, ni los amigos se pueden unir a la partida puesto que sale el error. ¿Cuál es el problema? Por ahí escuché que es problema con el tipo de NAT pero mi NAT es tipo 2 al igual que mis amigos, favor necesito saber ¿Cuál es el problema y la solución definitiva?

    In regards to your issue, that is something to do with your Internet router. I'm not a technical expert, but when playing with an extender I would always get this issue, however when playing hardwired into the main router in the house it worked fine for me. Head over to the Technical discussions page (or its called something like that) to try and get an answer (just remember, try to use English even if it isn't very good).

    Te entiendo a mi me une a partidas, y después se queda congelado en la pantalla de carga. No entiendo porque no solucionan esos problemas en lugar de generar más material.
