Can someone give me a breakdown on what contamination does? Is it just plague's broken illness? Also can zombies down survivors?

    You can injure and down survivor with the tentacle if they are contaminated. Zombies can also injure and down when you are contaminated.

    it’s similar to plague but quite opposite.

    Having the virus gives Nemesis a increase to his power. And it allows him to damage you on the next attack after inflicting you with the virus.

    There are limited vaccines around the map that you can use to cure yourself.

    And yes, the zombies can attack you.
