Top secret DLC?
What does everyone think about this "top secret" DLC? Do you think it ties in with the RE Chapter or is it something completely seperate?
I have my fingers crossed for a surprise killer/survivor... Maybe both in a mini chapter of some sort. I just hope it's something left-field and not just a bunch of cosmetics.
It's obviously too soon to speculate, but why not right?

its just their normal plan that they cant talk about upcoming dlc, nothing special. it wont be a surprise killer because we know their roadmap plan- 4 killers, 5 survivors.

I would guess it's unfortunately just about the next chapter DLC. If it was Resident Evil related and big they would probably have showed it because they generate more hype and had a keen audience there watching.
I think if it is related it's likely only cosmetics.
Would be very happy to be wrong and it's actually something big.

The 5th anniversary meaning it will be the 6th year of the game.

If they aren't talking about the upcoming chapter dlcs, it might mean we might see another mini dlc like how we got Ash the last mid-chapter of year 3.

I remember seeing a leak out there that there are three DLC's; presumably the base RE DLC, cosmetics and a third one.
Do you think they would split up cosmetics into two DLC's? Or do they usually sit on the content uploaded until they're ready to roll out the DLC?

What's interesting to point out is they're still in the process of reworking older maps
Shortly after the woman says that, she mentions how there will be two new maps this upcoming roadmap (including the Resident Evil map)
That makes me speculate that we're getting another licensed chapter down the line

I wonder if it could be the All-Kill map, they did say they weren't ruling it out for future content.
Although I would assume the timing wouldn't add up, considering they have probably already been working on the second new map for quite some time now.

Thank you, that's confirm next 3 dlcs will come 3 killers and 3 survivors then, we will not see 2 survivors on dlc then.
I hope we can see Chucky & Andy (Child's Play Chapter) soon on this year.

This was cleared up yesterday by dbdleaks. One dlc is the new resident evil chapter, the second is a dlc pack that contains all original killers, and the 3rd is a dlc pack with all the original survivors.

On Twitter, they said a while ago that the Killers with no map might get one after all the need-to-be-reworked maps are, well, reworked.
I do hope to see a Seoul neon city map... Uh uh.

When I saw this charm, and the "secret dlc" I though about a FNAF chapter.
They said 2 new maps this year, so one other license chapter.
Im not a big fan of FNAF but there is a lot of us that asked for it. And it could fit very well dbd.

Does that mean we're not getting legendary skins/cosmetics for Jill, Leon and Nemi? Or are they bundled into the DLC already?

We generally don't get DLC packages for cosmetics. They just appear in the in-game store for purchase.
