Resurgence Replacing Second Wind?
Looking at Jill's perks, they all seem great. LOVE Resurgence, as it saves time. Would people who run Second Wind start running Resurgence instead now?
I enjoy Second Wind, but if you have Resurgence, wouldn't it be faster while also having lower standards.

Resurgence does seem to be better because you don't have to do anything for it, you're guaranteed to get it whereas Second Wind you have to earn.
I guess looking at the math of it:
Second wind - You need to heal someone for a full health state. Takes roughly 16 seconds or 8 with We'll Make it. Then after unhook you're healed in 20 seconds but you can do things in those 20 seconds. Do gens, bones, and so on
Resurgence - Once unhooked, you can be healed to healthy in 8 seconds by 1 survivor/a brown medkit or 16 seconds with self care

They're both outclassed by Inner Strength.

Resurgence is better along with Self Care I think.

I'm thinking Resurgence actually makes Self-Care worth running. Now the first time you Self-Care after each unhook effectively negates Self-Care's massive healing speed reduction.

No synergy with Deliverance, no guarantee you’ll get the second half of the heal off... garbage IMO.

I've been thinking of dusting off Solidarity and pairing it with Resurgence. If your rescuer is injured, you can heal both yourself and them in one go. I'm on console though so I have to wait :/

I’m looking forward to trying Resurgence with Solidarity.
If I’m unhooked by an injured teammate, and I heal them first, it’s 2 heals for the time spent healing 1.

I might be wrong... But if u ONLY have Resurgence
I think a yellow medkit with no addons, might be able to heal you twice.
Edit: What I mean, once unhooked, consume 8 charges for a full heal. Get hit and heal again with 16 charges.
I can already see Youtube videos showcaing the "Infinite medkit build" featuring Street Wise, Resurgence, Self-Care & Built to Last...

A full heal is 16 charges of medkit. A white medkit have 16 charge and a yellow one have 24. With Resurgence you'll get 2 full heal from a white medkit and 3 with a yellow one.

Wouldn't say outclassed. Inner Strength is good, but requires 14 seconds of totem cleansing, while Resurgence only requires being unhooked. Both really have their places. I'd even say you could run them together. Save a heal with inner strength (which is better for healing after escaping a chase). Then come off the hook, and a survivor can heal you up in 8 seconds (4 if they have we'll make it. Less if they also have Empathy). I'd say both have their own strengths.

Second Wind is better if the killer is gunning you down, if you can live for 20 seconds, Second Wind gives you...second wind.
Resurgance is great for when you dont have any opportunities to heal, because then a person who does have a dedicated healing build (except Autodidact, you poor thing) gets to put you in full health in a fraction of the time it usually takes.
Really, it depends on the urgency of the situation

Hindsight with lot of perks. Just Resurgence is a reward for being hooked.

I tested this with my roommate the other day and can confirm Solidarity plus Resurgence does offer a full heal.
Question: Resurgence only gives you 40% progress at most, so wouldn't you need slightly more than half a brown medkit to fully heal?

Pretty sure most Youtuber I've watch said it was 50% and so does the wiki. According to the wiki it's 40-45-50% depending on the level of the perk.

Well I'd argue that 3 times out of 4 end up with a survivor on a hook. Bring a Bandage add-on(+8 charges) with a First Aid Med-kit (yellow) and voila, you 2 full heal with Resurgence and 1 complete heal.
