Not familiar with resident evil and was curious if this was nemesis or a different character.

    WAIT NO WAY THEY GOT THE COOL GUY WHO SAYS "RESIDENT EVIL" TO DO THIS FOR THE UPCOMING CHAPTER??? I think he is just a guy with a spooky voice who has been saying the Resident Evil game thingies for awhile, I love that dude lol!
