Ghostface build

Hey im wondering about some good build for ghostface but i only have perks from hag, doctor, spirit ghostface and infectious fright (not including free killers) and i would like some help because im not good at making my own build.

    Grab Nurse's Calling from Nurse. Take Sloppy Butcher and probably Ruin. Slap on Tremors.

    Ghostface is my second most played killer. Of the above perks I'd go with: Ruin, Sloppy Butcher, Whispers, and Thrilling Tremors personally if I wanted the best chance at winning.

    Thanks for the answers, i love both builds but im better at using whispers so i'll probably take @Lx_malice 's build
