DBD and the future of unreal engine/ UE.5
I'm not going to say anything of substance other than DBD would highly benefit from unreal engine 5, in terms of visuals, performance and workload for things like animations and environments, I dream that one day it may become a reality.

EDIT. I watched the video a little more and they talked about UE.4 projects being able to be upgraded to UE.5 pretty easily or something so now it doesn't seem like a dream it seems like a definite possibility!!!

Additionally one extra thing that can be added and improved with unreal 5 is exterior viewable environments outside of the maps, Much like in Glendale or Dead Dawg Saloon but better, another thing is denser more realistic fog that interacts with lighting in a realistic believable way
