Unfun Nemesis
A friend of mine who plays from PC tried the ptb and says that the Nemesis is an unfun killer when he goes to tier 3, I play from playstation so I can not say anything but from what I saw it did not seem so OP. how do you think he is?

No he isn't, I think your friend does not know how to not drop pallets and actually dodge like most people on the PTB don't seem to do then cry

He's just a heavily watered down Pyramid Head, and just like him he's annoying to deal with once you reach a pallet.

Well his chase power has all the slowdowns, cooldowns and attackt difficulty requirements survivors always want from all killers that don't have them so that can't be it.
He must mean the zombies that can randomly down or injure you if you don't pay attention or get very unlucky in chase. Otherwise he's a fun killer to play and face.

Watched a few games and he's too much of a rehash of other killers to warrant purchasing imo. I like killers with exclusive powers that are very specific. Nemesis for me is like a bundle of killers thrown into 1, not that much fun. He's probably really good fun for RE fans perhaps, but as a non RE fan its not done enough to win me over. Zombies are cool but the whip is meh and he only uses his fist.

Well then, in my opinion Nemesis is exceedingly meh.
His power seems kind of boring and like a rehashed version of Plague+Pyramid Head, and strength wise he's like a mid tier.

He's scary, tall and his footsteps are loud as heck. I always have fun when being chased by actually intimidating killers so yes I find him fun purely design wise.

Considering the only difference between level 2 and 3 is a 1 METER difference in range (no difference in start up or cooldown speed) I don't think your friend knows what he's talking about.

I kinda agree. I had a ton of fun playing the PTB and its the first PTB I spent more than a day playing (5 days) but I think its a Freddy situation where I'm not enjoying him because of his power, but because I'm Nemesis. If that makes sense.
Funnily enough this is the most excited I've been for a chapter since maybe they announced the Nightmare chapter.

No, I get you. Pretty much the only enjoyment I get out of playing Freddy nowadays is that I'm playing as Freddy Krueger the horror icon, not because of his actual power.
I'm predicting I'll feel the same about Nemesis.

the only thing I don't like about Nemesis from the PTB is that every single player using him runs NOED. Every match I had against him that was a thing.
