Bloodweb Perks

So, I'm a Claudette main, and I have a question about how the bloodweb works with perks. I have her base perk, self-care, equipped at the uncommon rarity. The rare version of the perk appeared on the bloodweb, but I wasn't very careful and the Entity got to it before I did. Is there still a chance of the very rare version of the perk appearing, or do I need to find a new main?

    Yeah, it reappears after a few level ups.

    Don't worry, you can eventually get every Perk on their highest level on any character. (Aside from Survivor Perks for Killers of course, and vice versa.)

    Just keep completing Bloodwebs and it'll appear again at some point.
