Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

when the game detects a swf it adds a generator to do, 5 normal = 6 swf

Not all SWF uses comms nor they know each other's perks. That would be really unfair to many people. Beside there can be 2-3 people SWF so it is not a great idea. I understand it is hard to face againts SWF but nerfing their gameplay or make it harder will not solve anything.
