Deathbound

When a Survivor heals another Survivor for the Equivalent of One Health State at least 32-Meters away from you,Deathbound triggers, and the Survivor(s) completing the Healing Action will scream, revealing their Location to you for 4 Seconds.

When the Survivor performing the Healing Action is further than 16/12/8-Meters away from the Healed Survivor,that Survivor is Afflicted by Deathbound within the next 60 Seconds.

During this Time, the Survivor will suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect when further than 16/12/8-Meters Away from the Healed Survivor.

These Effects will Trigger and Reactivate again on an Afflicted Survivor if the Afflicted Survivor Heals under Deathbound’s Activation Event during its Active Time.

    These are further Edits to improve the Performance of this Perk. As such,the changes enable the Perk to have more opportunities for uptime all together and provide a more lasting Effect relevantly.

    The problem with Deathbound is the same as Second Wind except the former is more practical. If the survivor self-cares for even 1 second, the perk doesn't activate. I would rather have that removed and the wording replaced with "When a survivor is healed past a health state"
