Killer: The Revenant.

Power: Ancient Hatred.

Start the match with 1 charge, using a charge causes havoc to the designated target. Generators will be drained of 10% progress and generator regression speed is increased by 15%, pallets and window vaults are blocked for 10 seconds, and survivors are affected by "Drained Energy", this causes the exhaustion and exposure status effects until the survivor regenerates their energy at "Ceremony sites", a small, skill checked, totem where they can lose this effect. Only 1 thing can be effect by Drain at a time. You gain a charge everytime you hook a survivor. When you reach 3 charges, you can activate "Blast of the Damned"; everything in a 24 meter radius is altered. Generators will switch opposite their progression (ex. a generator 3 quarters done will revert to one quarter, a generator halfway will not be affected much, a generator just about to be completed will be basically reset.), windows and pallets become blocked for 15 seconds, and the exit gate (if powered) will slow opening time by 50% for 10 seconds.

Perks:

Foul Stench: Your rotting carcass emits a foul odor that causes anything to smell it to scrunch their face and feel sick. Survivors that spend more than 10/8/6 seconds in a 8 meter radius of you vomit, making a noise notification heard and seen by the killer, notifying the killer to their location.

Burning Rage: Your immense power and rage fills you with a cocky motivation. When damaging a generator (excluding Drain and Blast of the Damned), you gain a 2%/3%/4% Haste status effect for 5/10/15 seconds. Burning Rage has a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Hex: Wealthy: You have your fair share of wealth you plan to keep. When a survivor searches a crate, if there are any remaining dull totems on the map, the Hex perk applies to that totem and activates. The survivor who searched the crate has their aura revealed for 6/7/8 seconds. Until the Hex totem is cleansed, all survivors who search a crate will have their aura revealed, if the crate is opened, their aura is revealed for 6/7/8 seconds.

Killer description: A progression-altering Killer, able to quickly turn the tide of a game with his power Ancient Hatred, being patient allows him to quickly turn the game to his favor. His personal perks, Foul Stench, Burning Rage, and Hex: Wealthy, allow him to track down survivors attempting to loot, gain speed for a short time regressing progress, and allowing you to track nearby survivors by making them sick.

    Perks:

    Foul Strench - okayish

    Burning Rage - pretty useless

Hex: Wealthy - This perk shouldnt be a Hex, because its way too weak + we already have "Hoarder" (perk from Twins) which does a better job at tracking survivors when they loot or pick up an item

    Ability:

Is everything affected by it, when you use only 1 charge or how far does it reach? If every gen will regress instantly, pallets and windows get blocked and every surv is exhausted + exposed -> this would be way too strong

How many Ceremony sites exist? Do they look identical to dull totems? Do survivor see their aura?

When a gen is at 25% progression, will it get to 75% progression after using "Blast of the Damned"?

Answering the ability questions, the base drain ability uses one charge and reaches about 6-8 meters and only one thing can be affected at a time, blast is a AoE version of it with some changes, ceremony sites are similar to Plague, Freddy, and Pig's different location, ex. multiple around the map and only one works for each survivor, and yes, it would go to 75%, if the killer isn't very wise, they will give the survivor that much gen progress.
