Killer Sided Game
This game is extremely broken in favor of killers and this is unacceptable in a 5 year old game. An entire side of the map WITHOUT a single pallet, no options to even hide. You can see how this match ended, the killer easily won because NOBODY had anything they could do. WHY do killers have anti-stealth capabilities when you can't hide or protect yourself??? Did someone at BHVR forget they have killers that can throw projectiles when an entire side of the map has no options? Huntress, Deathslinger, Trickster can shoot right over everything on this side of the map. The map designer obviously never plays survivor, the proof is right here.
The match ended with the killer winning of course.

This is RNG's fault, not because the map designers "never play survivor."
Those pillars can spawn with strong pallets.
They can spawn without.
With how much this game relies on RNG, it's comparable to Mario Party.

I hope this is bait, as a player that has been here since launch, the game was, is and will always be survivor sided. A god tier killer will never have a chance against a god tier 4 men SWF. In this case, the killer is gonna get a 2k maximum.
Now, have in mind there exist only 2 killers that can actually outplay practically anyone, a god tier Spirit and a god tier PC Nurse. In a game where only 2 out of 15+ killers can beat a god tier 4 men SWF, AND ONLY if he tryhards and plays "dirty", I don't see where you get the "killer sided" argument.
EDIT: I main both roles, I'm not talking as a survivor main or killer main. I root for both sides cause the game can be way better and balanced, but, in my experience, killers have more problems than survivor, WHICH, AGAIN, DOESN'T imply survivors don't have problems.

It didn't have a pallet either. Only a window vault in which the killer can totally deny with his power. Very oppressive.

Honestly I kind of have to agree out of all the time I played this game, I feel killers have the easiest now. Killer used to be way weak, but now for most mid range killers it feels like they can handle most teams. Now the bottom weakest killers they will struggle but most killers can perform decent enough vs most teams.

Again, thanks for using two perks that only serve to heal yourself (and one of them to heal others slightly faster).
They are neither meta perks nor "fun" perks, they are simply perks to help the killer.

RNG screwing over either side happens quite often. Nothing new here, sometimes it does to killer, sometimes to survivor.

Puzzle map is omega killer sided.
Haddonfun is killer sided.
Badham is Killer sided
Gas Heaven is killer sided.
Cowshed is killer sided.
Rotten Fields is killer sided.
Ormond is killer sided.
Crotus prenn, the condemned one is super killer sided.
The red forest map with the cabin as main building is killer sided.
Storage is super killer sided.

We both know Sluzzy but Self Care + Botany Knowledge makes med-kit so strong and useful. I am using this combo sometimes. Sluzzy seem like used same combo on screenshots.

Yes, with a med kit they are decent perks, but @SalmonDean thinks they are incredible perks that allow an entire team to win. Anyway, this is what happens when you win 2 games in a row against poor killers and you think your build is god...

That build is really good. But if you will not play selfish. I am changing my builds so many times for different gameplay. I am using this build for chases.
Purple Med-Kit + charge add-ons + Botany + Self Care + Dead Hard + Spine Chill
I am taking killer on myself. And then we are just running around. I am forcing killer to break pallets and when i get hit, i am healing myself so fast. 2 or 3 pallet breaks gives me enough time. I am making loop really so long. And this build also counters bloodlust. Because killer is breaking pallet or hitting me. I remember i did run killer for 5 gens with that. And i am red rank survivor btw and most times i am facing red rank killers.
But if we talk about post, that is Sluzzy you know. That game is survivorside. We are losing games when we are doing mistakes, if everyone do their job killers have not any chance.

So does that mean I can post pictures of Haddonfield, Cowshed, The Game and the other half of that particular map that you got that all have resource density so high it's blatantly unfair, and go on about the game being mega survivor sided whilst pretending that's all I get?
Edit: Also, you're complaining about not having resources against a killer that is defeated by the W key. Perhaps we should spread the memo that you don't loop a Doctor.

It almost always screws over the survivor. There is never enough pallets, especially autohavens, always a free win for killer.

Yeah, Puzzle Maps screw survivors a lot xD with 25 pallets, 19 of that 25 are safe.
Haddonfield House of pain screw survivors, with All the Windows open, the Basement house, if you get the Window near the stairs open, you literally hace an infinite loop there because is Fast Vault Window + Fence + Garden Safe Pallet and repeat.
Badham has literally between 5-7 shacks. Shack + School, the building that destroy a lot of killers power + House of pain + Twoo Floor House with Window infinite + Safe Pallet near...... Screwing survivors xD.
I am not going to explain Cowshed because you can visit Otz Channel al see with your own eyes how screwed survivors are on that map xD
And autoheavens..... Excuse me but in gas station you can see killer like 50m away and Runaway, you can just press full W and make the killer waste a lot of time due to vision advantages. Wrecked yard is killer sided, easy 3 gens and also Azarov rest.
Do not lie people Who read forums, most of maps, specially reworked ones, are survivor sided, If you are noob and dont know how to Connect loops is not Killers or Map problem, is yours :)

I think they should increase the min/max number of pallets on the map, sometimes I spawn into a map on top of a generator that is basically on a dead zone with no nearby structures and no pallets, it's basically a free hit or a free down (depending on the killer) if they catch you there.

That isn't exactly proof that the game is killer-sided, because it isn't, but I gotta say that this RNG looks very painful.

If healing your team mates or healing yourself is "Helping the Killer" I think you my friend would make a great killer main or assistant. But only while you're playing survivor. So please, by all means, do not heal yourself, don't bring any healing perks, and absolutely do not heal your team mates.....
Makes my job infinitely easier if everyone is injured....you have no idea how much people not healing helps me kill people. I wish more survivors just, didn't heal. My god....you are the perfect survivor to use to get all the other survivors to kill themselves through misplays. If we ever get into a match together, I will remind myself to save you for last, or even give you the hatch for helping me murder all your team mates because of refusal to heal.

Standing still and taking a screenshot when the killer is looking at you from 6m away is an interesting strategy.
Also the biggest nerf to you in particular is probably the new struggle on hook mechanic, it can be harder to
ragequit after going down in 2 secondsgracefully exit a completely unwinnable scenario when pesky teammates insist on "rescuing" you.2 -

okay, first of all: Hey Sluzzy, how are you doing today? good to see you've not given up on this yet, its always quite entertaining to read your posts ^^
secondly, for all those who might not be aware of how this works:
each map has an estimated maximum and minimum amount of pallets that can spawn. This is needed due to the random nature of how maps are created, so the amount of possible pallet spawn tiles varies from match to match.
this leaves us with two possible, problematic scenarios:
1) there are not enough pallet spawn tiles for the game to reach the minimum amount of Pallets. This will force the game to ignore the otherwise in place "pallet deadzone", which is around each pallet to prevent double pallet spawns, and forcefully create double pallet spots until the minimum amount of pallets has been reached.
2) there are too many pallet spawn tiles for the game to place pallets in, as is the case in the screenshots above. In that case the game will just randomly start filling in pallets until the maximum number of possible pallets on this map has been reached and leaves the remaining pallet spawn tiles empty.
so in conclusion, while Sluzzy is right that there might not be pallets in these otherwise possible pallet spawns, this in no way means there were no pallets on the map or that the game would be killersided, in fact it means that the Survivors had the maximum amount of pallets to play with, which is beneficial to them.

As long as I play survivor I will bring to light the major shortcomings. Survivor is a major horrific disadvantage against a decent killer. This doctor didn't even seem good, just won because of his perks and no pallets on the map.
Regardless of what is happening, a flawed computer algorithm, map designing, the entity itself, there is way too few pallets on too many maps. Autohavens, Shelter Woods, this map I showed, is a death sentence as soon survivors has spawned in it. In the picture I showed, the killer legit hit me twice before I even got to a pallet. I was thinking "I have no options". Two gens in that area, if it was a leatherface would down each person freely with no effort even if they were healthy.
I don't think the game is considering a max or min or it is bugged beyond. I believe there was less than 10 pallets on the entire map, maybe 6-7. I remember seeing 1-2 in the center building, one obviously at shack, there was only 2 jungle gyms on that entire map, and it was one of the bigger maps! When you leave the jungle gym, it was a certain down.

Perks shouldn't automatically win the game. Killer perks are way too oppressive. For example, Ruin and POP removes too much progress for simply playing the game. As survivor you can't win because of a perk, it takes all 4 playing perfectly and the killer making mistakes.
