What do you think of David rework?
Do you prefer the old or the new version?
I liked the new version for the others, but for David... I don't know yet what to think...

He has better hair, but now looks too "pretty" for lack of a better term.
I pray that when the remodels come out you can toggle between old and reworked faces, because I kinda like Old David more.

I've noticed the clothing difference too! Especially with Claudette's clothes! But here, David's jacket seems considerably darker to me with less white/fade

Why is his mouth so wide?
I'm really unhappy with this one and Nea - they took two rugged characters, who are supposed to be rugged, and made them all clean and symmetrical. David's had his face punched in a hundred times, I want him to be a bit lopsided.

So far, this round has looked a lot better. I think the original 4 (specifically Dwight) were better with their old models. Excited to see how Ace looks.

The thing is, I will never use it.
I really wish they would make his Alternative Head (with the Beard) Basekit. This looks so much better IMO. And I think this is the common opinion, I see way more people using the alternative Head-Cosmetic.

This is probably the only one (other than Dwight, how ironic) I'm not really a big fan of. I think his face is too long.
His clothes look better though. They should keep his old head but also keep the reworked clothes.

I like her new hair. I can't wait for her rework to be live. She's one I like the most out of all the reworked Survivors we saw.

I'm torn, old David's jagged features always looked odd to me. The new one is nicer, but it feels like that's only because it's simpler. A lot of these reworks feel like they just removed some of the characters' features entirely rather than actually improving them. His ears are still freakish in both versions, at least.

I really don't like it. Most of these survivor visual reworks have been hit-or-miss for me, and this one misses. David looks so much less rugged in his visual rework. He just looks...ugly to me.

His head is too long and face too perfect, but I don't have many complaints otherwise. It's not the best, but it's not as offensively bad as the change they did to Min.
Honestly, the only characters that need a rework are the originals, Nea, Laurie and Quentin. Everyone else follows the saying of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I quite like Feng Min's new hair. Her face looks fine too, but I wouldn't mind if they changed only her bang.
The one we currently have for the base head is... weird. Kind of like there is a transparent fabric between her forehead and her bang, if you see what I mean. (It's hard to explain in English, I hope it does make sense.)

Old is much better. The new looks disgusting and like the mugshot of a wanted ######### you see on the news.
The old model looks more rugged and beat up aswell which fits his lore.

I think his hair looks better, but they also seem to have elongated his face somewhat (pretty sure the same thing happened to Dwight).
His head looks even more like a potato now.

Change is hard to accept. I'm not sure how I feel on the shape of his head, but I can appreciate the improvements overall. Seeing people say OG Jake is better than reworked Jake is where I've seen the peak absolute denial of improvement and clinging onto the past though. With David, I can see some valid concerns.

Honestly I only liked Dwight Meg Claudette Jake Nea and Ace's reworks, Feng needs her lips changed It looks weird tbh David's nose is honestly weird

I agree with what you said. I'm someone who likes changes, fresh start, etc. I tend to accept and like changes. Even if with David, I have doubt... I don't know yet which one I prefer.
Jake's rework is definitively better. All others are better to me. People might tend to prefer the older ones because changes can be hard to accept, because they are used of them, because they feel nostalgia after maining one for hundred or thousand of hours...
I do hope in the end we will all accept how they'll be in game. Changes are often good in my book.
