Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Any reason why it's easier to get a match for survivor in the daytime, but opposite for killer?

While for Killer its easier to get a match in the evenings but not in the morning and daytime.

I play both killer and survivor, and just wondering why this is the case.

It's just social behavior , the Devs on a stream around 6 Months back said there is a almost 1:4 ratio of Killer to survivor players , it's just region and time of day difference that causes queue times

I for example will play Killer during the day as my friends are at work

But at night I will play survivor as they are back from work

At night survivors are all playing with their buddies. During the day there's less survivors and an equal ratio of killers.

ahh.. that makes sense with people wanting to play with their friends as survivors, and they come back home from work. so with more survivors in the evenings, it'll be easier to get a match playing as a killer.

And in the morning or daytimes, since there are less SWF teams, that would have an influx of more killers
