Disconect Penalties Reset if they don't happen again in a long time?

To know if the few times that the game crashed permanently affect me or not.

  24 hours I think, they're certainly not permanent

  They're not permanent, they do decay over time, but we have not disclosed the decay period.

  i was worried to become one of these guys with penalties of hours complaining in the Steam forums.

  But guess im safe, mi game crashed only 4 times during the last two years.
