How to counter flashlights as Wraith?
Is it even possible? Every time I play against someone with a flashlight I constantly get pushed out of my power and become a helpless M1 killer. I resort to simple lobby dodging, but do I really have to dodge every lobby with flashlights? Is there any counterplay to flashlights for poor Wraith?

Taking cover is your best bet.
I also almost always start cloaking behind cover and come out right as the first RING occurs in the uncloak animation, there's not enough time to burn him after that.
If you're in an open area and they start shining it on you, you can try to constantly run around them.
Their movement is slowed down while shining it, and you're super fast so it shouldn't be a problem and will absolutely throw their aim off.
Try and find a good window during that, or just make them waste their battery if they're persistent.

the flashlight needs to shine on you for some time (something like 2-3 seconds) to stun you, try to juke around, go very close and turn around them, change the angle, this will confuse them. Often they can't get a constant shine on you then and you can uncloak and get a hit.

They can still lightburn them if you are not uncloaking

The light needs to shine on you for 2 solid seconds. Especially with the speed buff, you should have no trouble running to the side to dodge the light.
Sure, they can just shine it again as you're starting to uncloak, forcing you to cancel and dodge. But remember, flashlights are finite; they can't afford to keep shining that beamer at you without it going dead.
Speaking of uncloaking, if you're about 1/2 through the uncloak animation (when your bell starts making noise), they won't have enough time to Lightburn you since the uncloak is 3 seconds, meaning they'd only be left with 1.5 secs to Lightburn you when they need 2 secs minimum.
It should be noted that 2 flashlights at once will burn you almost immediately but that's seldom occurs, fortunately.

Have you tried the perk Lightborn (this perk might become even more interesting with the incoming spike of flashbangs in your game starting in 4 days). ^^

if the survivors have a lot of flashlights just use franklins demise
Try to not to stay in the open and you’re good.

Quick question: With Lightborn, is the Wraith invulnerable to being burned out of cloak or is it just blinds?
