What surprised me the most from the PTB notes.
Hysteria and Eruption weren't limited to a dumb M2 requirement we can now only hope Surge gets it as well.
Also Lucky Break buffed to 1:00 good change shouldn't be changed anymore.

I mean.. I don't really run into that many lucky break users. At least survivors know that perk isn't all that good, especially with a one time use.

I combined eruption and surge during the PTB, and it worked pretty well since it's the only perk in the game that incapacitates survivors for 14 seconds so they can't tap the gen so it came in use when survivors were about to complete a gen, with the combination of surge it was a 14 percent regression. I'm definitely thinking of keeping the combination since it might be a good alternative to ruin, no longer depending on survivors not finding ruin in 10 seconds.

it's not an one time use. as long as you heal before it ends.
going into a locker pauses the timer, so inner strenght actually combos quite well with it.

I was surprised too of the change. Hopefully they'll revisit the M1 requirement that's holding some perks back.
