is it like pyramid heads punishment? is it like Deathslinger redeemer shot? because its really inconsistent what he can hit you over.

I don't think anyone knows. The hitbox is honestly terrible whatever it is.

Over small objects. Think of it like Plague puke except you can slightly move after using it and the tentacle still does damage for a second after coming back so if they run over it while returning, they'll still get hit by it. You can also always hit over pallets with it and over windows. It's pretty badass.
