The increase zombie mutation rate add ons have been nerfed HARD

I put on Zombie heart and Tyrant gore on nemesis which both increase the zombie mutation rate, it used to be drastic which I thought it should get a slight nerf. They made it so it it basically like base kit

Probably to offset the fact that you gain mutation by whipping contaminated survivors now.
