They didn't like the fact that people were bugging cosmetics, so they snuck this in to get rid of those un linked cosmetics.

Can't people just bug them again? Or does this prevent those cosmetics from being bugged again?

No they had fixed it a while ago but if you had already done the glitch it would stay that way. So now if you do the tutorial which resets your cosmetics, the bug goes away.

No offense but isn't that statement kind of like saying "BHVR are jerks who went and changed something in the game that people were using in a way that they didn't approve of"?
