Ps4 here, same problem. Uninstalled cuz I thought it was me. Went to reinstall and now its telling me to BUY a game I already own!

Pc is so broken like loading to the main lobby takes 10 minutes and each time i click something it has a 20 second delay so i thing it is really broken

@imabot t Hi just tried this, essentially we have made a steam.exe shortcut and gone to "target" and typed -tcp then apply and okay and reopened steam and launched the game, is this correct? Or do we launch it another way after doing this as the error is still there and stuck on "connecting to servers" before the error pops up again, thanks

Happened to me 15min ago, PS4, France. With all the money players invests in, when this game will be able to run normally ? I hate this "amateur" vibe from a game that starts to be more and more famous.. boring

There is a known connection issue that the team are looking into right now. That's all I got on updates.

They really need to take a break from DLC and new features, and focus a good amount of time and energy on game health. The problems keep getting worse with every chapter.

in the target field, you leave the link to DBD of course and add -tcp at the end

Can we get an update on some kind of resolution? Took work off to play the new chapter. Still saying no network connection from multiple console attempts both playstation and xbox

@MandyTalk just got home from work mind says cannot connect to store played yesterday just fine except for the usual freezes that everybody's complaining about. Internet/ Xbox is fine already checked.

Spent almost the amount as a full price game on chapter and skins and can't log into the game. Capcom gonna be throwing down the hammer soon.

when things start coming online again it often happens that one platform comes online first - fingers crossed they'll all be back online again soon.

if you've lost progress you can contact Support, they have access to your account - which we don't have here.

@foxofthestars from what I'm hearing everything is coming back online slowly - so it make take a little while, I would recommend completely restarting your console though as well.

Hey my friend is still having the original issue I posted (it was merged with this thread) where she has had no network connection error since the last update. Tried everything and she opened game again this morning and it's still there. Please help

My friend put a post up yesterday and no help at all yet, anything you can suggest to her to try? We have also put a ticket in directly to dbd but also nothing still.
