It's literally a guaranteed lightburn. Just drop it when he's uncloaking to hit you, I don't think he can make it out of the radius even if he stops uncloaking and runs. It's amazing and gives you a massive head start.
Anyone who doesn't like Wraith, I recommend you give this a go.

Im honestly surprised lightborne doesnt prevent lightburn. I thought it did for so long. Ive been lied to lol.
