HAG IS FUN!
Wow I just played hag for first time and boy she is fun and strong! Is she an A tier killer? She's gotta be. Just laying around her seals and scaring people and so much map control and pressure it is great!

I think she is A Tier, as long as you know what you are doing.

A or B tier. Yes probably most fun killer to play and also fun to go against. It's not the normal chase and loop game and that is only positive.
2 -
survivors will seethe at the thought of crouching and triggering traps while someone else is in a chase
2 -
Some even put her into S tier. Problem is most people play her really bad or really good, almost no in between.
Btw she is the 3rd most picked killer on tournaments after Nurse and Spirit so yea she can be very strong if you set up traps early

Wow she's that good huh? So what are these tournaments and where are people playing them? Sorry that might be a question for another thread.

Hag can definetely be fun but it heavily depends on the survivors you face.
Playing against aggressive survivors that constantly prevent you from setting up is insanely hard to deal with

I tried to do this but my ping is way to good for this game and i get punished for it. Stepped on the edge of a trap that i knew was there and got hit by the hag so fast that it didn't even play an animation.
How do i fight something like that?

Would be helpful to see a clip of what you mean but i assume you might have played against a PC Hag that constantly used her mouse wheel to instantly teleport to a triggered trap.
Most safe counterplay to that is using a flashlight, triggering multiple traps with your teammates at the same time (obviously only really possible in a SWF) or wait for her to be stuck in an animation (e.g picking up and carrying a survivor, someone else triggered a trap and got hit by her etc.)

Depends on if you have enough set up time or not. And add ons. Sorta the same way trapper is, but.....ridiculously slower. She works well against people who've never faced her or people who don't have flashlights. But she can be rushed with minimal preparation, which I would say in the current meta puts her down a few pegs.

Oh so long term she isn't the best?

She's like Trapper, but she trades 5% of her movement speed for a functional power.

The trick to versing Hag is point your camera at the traps as they’re triggered. The camera only pulls if they’re triggered off screen. This is how survivors disable the traps and run out of striking range.

She's great don't get me wrong. But time is a serious issue for her. If you can cover up that flaw, you'll run every game flawlessly.

Usually A tier if you keep traps around 3-4 gens and control one area. Also good at getting back to a hook.
Both of these things though are pretty unfun for survivors.

You actually enjoy facing Hag? Are you feeling okay?
2 -
While I don't care for Hag, she is a strong killer that can be both powerful and fun in the right hands.
2 -
Ha. Ha. At least your name is amusing. I like playing hag and love /s in endgame chat.

Lol my User name lol? But ya idk I just really enjoyed playing her this morning for first time. I even streamed one of my games as her and did really well I thought?

She is amazing. If you put time into her, you can deal with any team of survivors.

So it sounds like she is good in the right hands? When I determine a characters Tier status I imagine them in the greatest DBD players hands lol

If you ever want tips, lmk. She is a lot of fun, in small spurts for me. I will say that she gets very old when played well because you can turn your brain off and 4k once you have good map knowledge and game sense with her. 95% of survivors are not able to deal with her, even in teams, because they do not know how her traps work, why they face different directions when they trigger them, what makes the pull stronger, or when to break her web so that you dont have a whole section of the map off limits. If you see a hag place 5 traps around a hook and they get more than one kill, that is on the survivors. haha

Yes, she can be devastating if played properly.

I appreciate the feedback I'll keep giving her a shot guys

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I know, right?!

She's bad against survivors who know how to play against her, which thankfully isn't everyone.

I despise the Hag. 😭

She can be fun to play against, and so are Nurse and Spirit. A lot of the time you'll face the extremes though: Noobs who just camp, trap the hook 5 times and have NOED, OR people who want to end the game quickly and slug everyone out. But the people in the middle area are quite fun if you can ever find them.

honestly... I would say less than 10% of the playerbase...
simply because of how rare she is.

To each their own. Personally I despise Hag and Spirit.

What?

She's one of the strongest killers in the game, if played correctly, which isnt hard. Pick a 3 gen (if you can get your totem(s) in it, even better), lay your traps, bind your teleport to mouse wheel, just sit there and spam scroll and attack on teleport. Only an extremely coordinated team will bring down a good hag, and even then, they need enough luck on their side; if the hag starts in her 3 gen or they're too slow to find/reach her to disrupt her traps, its pretty much gg.
