What do you do as killer if you realize a survivor isnt helping their team?

For instance had a survivor as claud in my last game as doc where i downed and hooked 2 people and just because she hates facing docs she refused to unhook either of them while i was chasing the 3rd. So they both died on first hook. So i slugged 3rd survivor found and downed her and made her die on hook and gave her teammate the hatch. Theres other games where a survivor will just run at me if im like slinger and want me to kill them so i just slug them and go look for someone else. Maybe its just im a 50/50 but i feel like both sides hate these kinds of people. If you que up to the game play it to the fullest don't ruin everyone elses experience because you dislike what happens. I'll usually kill the thrower though and go alittle easier on the rest of the team. Its not their fault for a teammates selfishness. Just wanted to see how other people handled these types of players.

Idk I usually don’t care, easy win for me. I play selfish in solo Q because the game loves to put me into impossible games.

Im rank 7 right now, usually rank 1 but barely been playing survivor. My last three games were with brown ranks. I just had a game where I got found immediately by a nemesis with lethal pursuer and ran him around for a solid 2+ minutes and only 1 gen got done. I didn’t even go down. Then I did the other 3 gens that got done that game, and almost the 4th. My teammates were hiding in lockers half the time.

Eventually they ended up 2 man slugged and 1 on the hook. I just let them all die and took a key out.

Just that game was enough survivor for like a week.

This is exactly what I would do too.

I mean... don't play the game if you don't want to play it right.

And even if I absolutely HATE playing against hag, sometimes i think about doing such things myself... but i don't and try playing the game anyway

Tunnel and camp them. I don't tolerate sandbagging, hook farming or just deciding to not to anything and wait out for the hatch.

If I'm running bond or kindred and one survivor is dead and the second had just been third hooked and see a survivor just hanging around in a corner doing nothing I will sandbag if I get found.

Bond is best for this obviously, maybe they could hear the heartbeat and hiding temporarily until it goes away. If this is the case fine but if they stay around that spot not doing anything or camping hatch I will try and bring the killer to them in a chase. Two people on seperate gens is better than only one on one gen.

If I'm playing killer and someone intentionally sandbags though, I will kill the non team player. I don't mean accidentally running to someone on a gen, I mean pointing at lockers when someone is in there or fast vaulting repeatedly near people working on a gen. I can only punish them if I know which one was doing it in that case though.

I make that cheater's game a miserable experience. I don't approve of the behavior and will drop all pretense of playing the game normally to make sure that person is screwed. Most of the time the other Survivors have no idea why I'm tormenting one Player. They don't know that jerk tried to point them out, sandbag, them etc. They just think I'm tunneling and camping. I'm ok with that. I take my pound of flesh from the cheater and make sure (if there is end game chat) they know why I did it.

I dont really care or have time to analyze survivor behaviour when I play killer

If I already got their bbq stack, I give them hatch or let them open the gate if I can.

I very rarely give hatch because i despise how the mechanic works and how survivors abuse it not only against killers but against each other aswell. If i notice i'm against inexperienced Survivors then i try to end the match ASAP. If i am against someone ruinning the game for others i punish the 4 as a team. Survivor role is and should always be based on team work, if one person doesn't wanna work then everyone gets punished. I will do my best to kill every single Claudette and Dwight.

It depends on my mood, really.

I'll get annoyed at any SWF that mistreats solos. Not long back I slugged to death a 3-man who decided to be dicks to the solo who was working on gens (but seemed down to meme/farm when she noticed I was friendly). I dunno why they decided to block her in a corner, but I was having none of it.

If I notice one survivor of two is working on gens, I'll look for the hatch camper. If someone is sandbagging their teammates, I stay on the sandbagger. But I don't always realize what's going on, limited view of the match and all that.

Tunnel. It's one of the very few things a survivor can do to make me tunnel them, the other one being bringing a key.

I generally give the last survivor the hatch as compensation.

If you wanna hurt your teammates, prepare to be hurt in turn.

This is 50/50 for me. As a survivor I am often paired with SWF people who frequently use the hatch and leave me behind even though I do a lot of work. I have never been let go by a killer when this happens. Usually the killer kills me because I am the last one because I was solo and didn't know the other 3 used a key. I guess that makes the killer mad and decided to take it out on me since he got screwed out of kills. One of the reasons I hate solo. But I am all I have since my husband really doesn't like to play more than 2 games. Even getting screwed over I still try my best.

On the rare occasion I play killer I am usually a really nice killer. I usually get one hook and thats it. Of course I am also a terrible killer so there is that too.

I was a survivor in my solo queue once and in haddenfield and the 3 other survivors sandbagged me hard in that basement room with gen with bubba running at me with chainsaw. I was downed but he refused to hook me as he saw what happened, he downed everyone else, let me get up and farm them off and killed them all and let me finish the game 😂 I tried to get him to kill me at the end but he wouldn't. I don't like farming I just want a normal game but was satisfying seeing them all die 😂.

Survivor helping the killer, and the killer clearly see's it and decides to kill the other 3 survivors and let the greifing one escape. Definitely earned a report with video evidence of them being a shitter like that.

Last time it happened, as soon as I downed the Claudette (of course it had to be a Claudette) everyone came to tbag on her and she DCed. After laughing my ass off I let them farm and get points.

You cant fix it. If one refuse to play there is little to do.

Same goes with tunneling, camping etc.

I just hook them and thats it. If I were a killer in such match I would try to farm with rest of them to gain benefits for both sides and hook the guy after slugging him long enough.

Such people doesnt care about losing pips (they are so easy to get anyway) but seeing others to win and them not - thats different story

nothing in particular. but I'm less inclined to let them leave or to give hatch.

I just let whoever else is alive at the time, get the hatch and kill the survivor who didn't help.
