I think that we should speed of the generator vary depending on the number of survivors

I used a translator, so I think English is a little strange, but please understand.

I think that we should speed of the generator vary depending on the number of survivors

For example, let's say change it to 85% when there are four people, 120% for three people, and 150% for two people. (Detailed values require balance adjustment)

Then the difference between four and three people will be reduced, and the need for tunneling will be reduced.

Also, even if one person is killed in the early stages by Tunneling, it will be possible to counter it.

And Even when two people remain, it is possible to start the generator and escape without depending on the hatch.

What do you think, guys😀

Well, it's not that bad of an idea, the hatch already works somewhat like this, with it being available depending on the number of survivors/generators, having repair speed work like that doesn't sound terrible but very unlikely to happen.

If surv dc at start then give a gen to the team. If the map is big make the generator take longer to repair. Now the game stays interesting and the devs can satisfy their fetish for large maps without making killers groan every tune the loading screen ends.

I understand the idea but would not like that system myself. I feel that the generator balance is good as it is, at least 50-60 percent of my games end with the killer getting everybody by the time that there are perhaps 1 or 2 generators left.

I think this would lead to killers leaving all survivors on the ground instead of going for hooks, so I don't think it's a good idea.

My personal counter to this would be to slug everyone while gen speed is still favorable. If any one of those Survivors play stealthy, killing will just increase the time strain on the killer.

Unlike some i dont think its a terrible idea at all.

If they hide from the killer it will take time but they can finish the gen and escape. Sadly most of the time the last 2 hide until one of them is caught and this can last too long for my taste
