Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Changed My Mind (Nemesis)

This killer is stronger than my initial perception on release and he feels much better to use after practicing. The exposed iridescent needs a buff but could leave him as is for the most part.

I think he's very balanced. His tentacle has the potential to be better than even Pyramid Head's shockwave attack but the drawback is that you have to hit them 3 times.

I dunno. I keep changing my mind. Sometimes I’ll get a good map and the zombies won’t be stuck in a rock all game and I’ll think he’s OK.

Other games I load into Haddo, both zombies are stuck in a tree somewhere, and the tentacle refuses to hit a survivor over a 2 foot fence because I’m trying to go across it diagonally and I wonder why I’m not just playing pyramid head.

Agreed. I’ve completely come to terms with the three hits. The aim is much easier than the Exec and it effectively has a built in STBFL. Those moments where survivors run into a wall are quickly punished.

Also, really enjoy the bonus bloodpoints from infecting survivors (850 to ‘objective’). I really do hope this was intended as it’s quite a nice perk to using him.

Nah he is not good. I say the biggest cause of this is the speed boost survivors get upon initially being contaminated. I feel so helpless when playing as him because every survivor team I get knows it’s his weakness, especially if you aren’t using any gen regression perks (like I tend to do). I say he needs a few more minor buffs to make him a good killer on top of that one, but currently I rate him as a C tier killer (on the lower end if I’m being honest).

Imo he is just above trickster and trapper. He is an m1 killer that gives a free health state to make use of his power with part of his power made dumb as rocks and slow as tar pitch so they are so situational it shocks you when they do something.

You know a killer is weak when the forums are silent about how "op" they are and people will happily run at you when playing.

I have the same feeling against him as survivor as i do when playing against trickster aswell. If he fakes his power at a loop you will get a free loop out of it. If he doesn't ready the power or readies it to late then you will get the pallet drop and avoid it.

He's an extremely inconsistent killer is one of his main issues:

His zombies can give him a lot of information a minor amounts of stalling but at the same time they could be imitating an immersed Claudette and hide in a corner doing nothing all game.

His power doesn't always work as intended due to how weirdly inconsistent the objects are made in this game to were two near idential objects can have one letting you whip other it and the other preventing you from whipping over it.

Also he's like oni were if he gets a slow start he's even worse off then most killer as if he loses a generator ot two before tier 2 he's extremely far behind.

So its very hard to tell how good he is because of how much zombie RNG and map spawns can be either massively helpful or hurtful to you.

Only thing I need they need to change is the speed boost survivors get from when they initially get infected. Doesn't make any sense.

The only change I'd make to him is keep the game from crashing every match I play as him. Other than that, he's fairly balanced and fun to play as imo.
