How Blinding Works?
I'm starting to get pissed off, how is it possible that when I try to successfully blind a killer the blinding doesn't work, sometimes you see it because it raises its head or has the perk not to be blinded, but sometimes when the blinding hits doesn't the killer go blind? and a bug? Is the killer using a hack not to be blinded? how is it possible? I find it so frustrating, when I play killer those times they use the flashlight on me they chase me and it works... why when I play surv and the blinding is successful it doesn't work? in addition I am noticing a thing... if the killer lock in the attack animation when it hits me and is carrying a survivor and I flash him a flashbang sometimes the blindness is canceled and it fails... sometimes when I use the flash bang sometimes the blind does not start because the range of the explosion is too short or the killer is not under the bomb.

If they look down it stops the blind but doesn't look any different like looking up does.

but and this is the point sometimes we see that the killer looks up or down to avoid the beam of light or the flash bang... when he stays still and does not move his head the blinding effect does not work, it is not because he uses a perk or what, and something else in my opinion a bug or a hack to never be blinded.
