So how does this make any sense?

A week ago, I reported a player directly to customer service because I was consistently harassed by another player (console) which no name will be given. I was fed up by their behavior so I took action to the support team with full on videos and screenshots of messages sent to me which did violate BHVR's harassment terms.

So I had complete proof and just recently, a message was sent back to me noting that it was looked into and that my case was "solved" and a small thank you for helping make this game a better place yada yada...

I hop back into DBD right now and BOOM I'm the one banned for abusing player gameplay and griefing...

C'mon really? Is the art team the only ones actually doing their job because It seems that nothing can be done right with this damn game. The RE chapter's messy arrival already destroyed my excitement and now this?
