Would you prefer sbmm is always on instead of short bursts?

I am wondering how well the data collected can be used in such little bursts. Therefore I think it would be best to leave it turned on, look at the data periodically and tinker with it when they feel the need to. Even if it meant resetting the data every 1, 2 or 3 months to gain fresh data, I think that would be fine.

The worst that could happen is we get casual matches for a while, rainbow ranks to put it simply, and those high ranked sweat fests would not be forever because you may lose some matches and get ranked with a challenging but not impossible team.

My mind is not completely set on sbmm, although as of now think it's a good idea, and am happy for people trying to change my mind politely.
