Does bite the bullet mute the healing sounds?

It's simple
When you are getting healed by someone that has this perk or otherwise does the perk mute the healing sound?

if person healing you has that perk yes all sound are muted even if they miss skill check

The better question is, does Stridor cancel this out, like Iron Will?

There’s currently a bug that allows Stridor to counter Bite The Bullet or Self Preservation, but Stridor isn’t meant to do this. (Confirmed by dev/mod).
