This is Why I Love This Game and Community
I was playing with Oni and we were on Yamaoka Estate.
I was looking for survivors but they were not on generators. And then i took crow notices. When i go to check, i saw all of them.
They were t-bagging in front of Oni Mask. And they all sacrificed items to mask. This made me so laugh. And i accepted their sacrifices and i did let them all go.
I wish i would have video recorder, that was awesome moment.

Can someone who might understand why someone would do this...
...help me to understand why someone would do this?

Because everyone needs a break from sweat after sweat after sweat and when everyone in the trial can have a different game to break the cycle it cheers a lot of people up substantially.

It's called memeing around every once n awhile instead of constantly taking the game so serious. I personally love when survivors do this because it puts a smile on my face.
Oh yeah, Oni is the hunk of all hunks so.. why wouldn't you?

YEEYYYYYYYYYY
Because most of matches are sweaty for both roles. And sometimes chilling like this is fun and gives happiness to people. This was my last match for today and this made my night. So, why not!

My favorite moments are still those precious snoot boops involving Pig whether I'm playing as or against her.

Sadly Pigs attacking me when i try to touch her nose :(
I love Ghostfaces more because when i t-bag them, they are t-bagging me back.

i did initiate something like this when i first played on the updated The Game map, we started above the bathroom and I just pointed to a TV and after a short while we were standing there together, watching TV, nodding to one another, gesturing. Then Michael Myers joined us.
i didn’t even want to start anything like this but them joining me and starting those gestures was so hilarious I couldn’t stop laughing :)

I recently had a match as Huntress where everyone on the survivor team was crouching around this fire pot at Autohaven. Man it was so funny when I saw them, I had to let them live because of it.

I mean, fair enough, and I do agree that it's funny, it's just...such an odd way to come together for a match, lol. Guess they didn't want to face Oni. I would have leapt at the occasion, I don't see the guy enough.
When I play as Amanda I always try to boop the snoot. Oddly when I'm against her (which now that I think of it, also isn't as much as I'd like) I don't usually get boopers.

I just remembered that there was a match I played once against The Twins on Lery's. It was a while back when I was still fairly brand new, and I didn't quite understand what I was seeing. I started the match, eventually rounded a corner and saw the open "monitoring" or "testing" area, and in it were the other three survivors, surrounding Victor in a very tight circle, repeatedly ducking in front of him. To be honest it kind of made me uncomfortable, like I'd stepped into some kind of weird sex ritual or something, lol.
What were they doing?

Might as well throw in my own experience. Me and a friend were playing 2man, and asked the Dwight in our lobby to put on OOO and form a Conga Line with us. He agreed, and we all spawned together so we made a conga line. Crouched, one after the other, all 3 of us staring at the killer so he knew exactly what we were doing. Blendette joined us after about 10 seconds.
He farmed with us :)
Also, I was solo with a Nea called "Chromatica". We quoted Lady Gaga lyrics in the pre-game chat but that was it. We do a gen and I just start crouching randomly. She follows behind us and then this random Ace, being chased by a Pinky Finger Clown (while Kate is on the hook lol) just joins us. Clown farmed with us
It was a really nice couple of experiences. Naturally I faced 3 Stridor Spirit's in a row the next day.

LOL that sounds legit hilarious. I would lose my ######### if this were to happen in my game. Especially if the killer joined too. XD
But wait, that name you specified: We CAN provide names if it's a positive experience? There have been people I've played with who I had such a good impression of that I was almost desperate to mention who they were and publicly thank them for the great game but refrained because I thought that this still fell under the "name and shame" rule.
I haven't had the suicide suggestion yet, that would be an instant report. I HAVE had someone write like five lines, one after another, going on and on about how miserable the other survivors allegedly were. "If someone called you worthless that would be a compliment", lol. Again, I report, chuckle, and move on with my life. Ya gotta do it man, don't let the stupidity of some random salty keyboard warrior ruin your good time.

Entity bless pig mains. They are some of the most wholesome players DBD has!
Idk if im lucky or Pig mains are hella consistent, but I always boop snoot and they always let me live ♡♡♡

AFAIK the naming and shaming rule only applies to the shaming part. Me and this Nea were absolutely vibing with Gaga lyrics and it was hilarious- I don't think it's shaming

Are you sure? I mean i faced with so much toxic survivors but this was not happened to me.

I checked your post, sorry for your bad experience.
Be sure, that's happening to all killer mains. I love toxicity. If they are writing something like this to me, i am writing. "Sorry guys i have not time for this, i am going to next game. But be sure to write my Steam profile."
I love salty messages because that's mean i played well. Just close chat if they disturb you or have fun with salty messages. And keep play your game.
You are not daddy of them, ofcourse you will kill them.

I love when things like this happen, it reminds me of a friend of mine who used to play this game a lot, she would let you live if you offered her your toolbox, that she used to call lunchbox, she even had it on her Steam profile.
She was a scary af killer, so offering the toolbox could've been your only way out!

When me and a Survivor stand side to side to eachother and I have a Flashbang, after a few seconds of awkward silence I'll drop my Flashbang with no context, blinding us both. They just accept it and stay as well.

Just watched this masterpiece of a match and remembered about this topic. I never had matches like this myself, they must be pretty rare

I had one when we had to find chompsky in The Game where I found 3 survivors warming their hands on the first floor, so I joined them still very confused. The killer joined shortly after and we invited him to warm up by the fire as well and we farmed.
Also, recently, I encountered a ghostface in auto haven and he got me first. I saw Ash running towards me like: nooo, let her go! And, for some reason, ghostface actually listened. We all got hooked twice and then followed him crouching for a bit, did all gens and he called us for a couple of pallets stuns. A Nancy and I offered to sacrifice but ghostface was adamant to let us all go. Couldn't thank because they were from a different platform but it was very random and funny.

Had a match where I broke mama huntresses totem far too early in the match, a fellow Dwight took a hit to accomplish this but mom commenced to give me a good 30 second long hug in the corner before she laid me down to sleep. Love you mom.
