Billy Undetectable?
If you played Billy, you know his chainsaw starts puttering and goes on silent mode after about one second of dashing.
Apparently, that also affects survivors. No Tinkerer, no oblivious status, no addons, suddenly there's Billy with a chainsaw.
After his rework and his addons getting all janked, hardly anyone plays Billy, so I ask; is he really undetectable after he's been running his chainsaw for one second or more by default?

Billy main here. He's not undetectable through his basekit.
There's a bug that makes his chainsaw silent after starting a sprint.
There were also a few reports of bugs on TR on various killers recently.
So, it's possible it was a rare occurence of two bugs happening at once.

Only with an add-on, but his chainsaw can go really quiet and not produce the sounds during a sprint. Happens almost 100% of the time with engravings.
I honestly prefer this bug tbh, the new chainsaw sounds are terrible anyway.

He has 2 pink add-ons, one that makes his chainsaw sprint silent after a few seconds, and one that makes him undetectable after chainsaw sprinting a few seconds. Then there's also the super meme (green?) add-on that makes his terror radius lower when he's overheated. The killer could also be using a perk to be Undetectable.

There were no addons, is the thing. And, playing Billy myself, his chainsaw starts idling after his charge begins. It leaves me thinking Billy is undetectable after a second of sprinting with his chainsaw.

I know what I said. Your title said Billy undetectable, and it only goes undetectable with an add-on, specifically the iridescent brick add-on.
But, there is a bug that makes his chainsaw go quiet let during a sprint sometimes. Not undetectable, it's just a sound bug.
Can you wrap your head around that now?

OP means a Soundbug. You can start your Chainsaw as Billy and then it becomes silent after a second of using. Happens to me for the first time when using the Chainsaw.

I know what you mean, happens quite frequently when playing Billy. However, I am very sure this only affects the Billy-player, because I have it quite often that this happens when playing Billy and I have never experienced a silent Chainsaw (except with the respective Add On) as Survivor. And since I doubt that Billys I go against never have this Bug while I have it frequently, save to say that it is only silent on the Killer side, but Survivor just hear it normally.

I do know that there's been several times where Leatherface is revving his chainsaw, either across the map or in chase, and it doesn't make any noise for some reason. I haven't seen Hillbilly do this though.
