Does it have something to do with the tiger, cus when close to it, u hear a load song that sounds like hatch.

I don't think anyone knows yet. People only had a week on the ptb (and most people would have been testing things) and then it was disabled within a few hours after launch. I doubt the devs made it that easy to find. Especially with how massive that map is with all its little nooks and crannies.

If I had to guess, it'd probably be either outside, in a secret room (under the Main Hall Statue could be a possibility, opens up similar to Silent Hill's clock tower), or in one of the offices. There's enough shelves and desks to hide the Toolbox in there.
