CROSSPLAY SHOULD BE DISABLED FOR PC *For Now*
The FPS and Lag on consoles are clearly being screwed over. People on PC use Dead Hard and I lose ground on them as a killer, if I use it, I lose ground as a survivor. Both instances are against PC players and because 99% people are playing rn are on PC, console players have a massive disadvantage.
PC players should only play with others as of now and the console players can still cross-platform since they all screwed. Or just fix the game instead of making cosmetics.
The game is unplayable...FIX IT and making an event one day early doesn't suddenly solve everything.

They really messed up some core functions with this new chapter. I hope they get it corrected soon.

I can't because then I don't get a game. I meant turn off PC cross-platform so the consoles can all cross-platform. Sorry for not clarifying

I see. However crossplay was implemented solely to help PC lobbies with waiting times. They don't care about consoles so they will never cut PC from crossplay

Crossplay is generally an all or nothing sort of thing.
The only exception I've ever seen is input method decided crossplay, mostly in shooter games. But then you could still get PC players that just plug in a controller.

The waiting times are bad no matter which side and PC have a more healthy player count. I don't want it permanent. I just want it fixed

The things I don't like about cross play is two fold. First people playing with a keyboard and mouse can jack their settings on the PC to make very un natural movements and turns that someone using a controller can not. What they need to do is streamline the movement in game to make it equal. when I play killer or survivor I can tell when someone is using a mouse and keyboard because they can make super fast quick turns. I'm more comfortable playing on a controller and I shouldn't be punished for it on PC or console.
the second is very minor and it's too bad but cross progression would be great. I know it's a pain to get but It would help.

Been playing killer all day off of crossplay as killer to test, ques take at most 1min longer on ps4

PC players have a mechanical advantage and IDC about that. They just don't get the lag and fps as bad as console rn and it's benefiting them a lot

I gotta be honest...I have ptsd over PS4 only queue times. They were really bad when Spirit came out as Well Plague.

So, punish PC players because some people play on potato’s disguised as gaming hardware. Or, disable cross play if it bothers you that much, don’t force longer que times on pc
