PSA: Don't spend your BPs or Shards ! Game breaking bug
Just a quick PSA for people.
Apparently on Reddit & Forums people have reported losing millions of BPs when spending them. Same with Shards. You will get an error that will cause your currency to disappear.
No idea if this affects Auric Cells
Edit: Forgot to mention the cake drop chance being very low. Wait until fix

My bloodpoints gain and spending has been fine so far for killer role.
Not tried shards yet so I can’t say.

No drama here, also the drop rates seem alright? Ive gotten 1 cake in every web so far. Last web I had a Cake, flashlight and toolbox, maybe I was just god lucky?

Best thing can hope for at this point is that it's complete random the new currency bug. I guess I will find out in about an hour after work. I play on Xbox one since can't get my hands on an upgrade so this is the last thing I want to hear is yet more bullshiit is going on.

Yeah, I wasn't paying a LOT of attention, but I'm leveling up Leon to get the teachables so I was just spending those 500K points. Suddenly partway through, I got a load screen then back to the main screen with a connection error.
It LOOKED like it forgot what I bought on the bloodweb while also simultaneously not restoring some of the spent balance.
I didn't lose that much but I just thought it was me being inattentive.

No offence taken...but I'm referring to the issue which the thread is about - the one with losing the BP.
I know frustrations are high, believe me - I'm on these forums enough to see how our playerbase is feeling and I'm trying to communicate as much as I can with regards to what's happening.

Ok so BP and crowns are handled that I can deal with. Skipping across the map, lag spikes, yeah they suck but messing with my BP is crossing a line. Cool thanks for heads up and always much respects to the most helpful member of Bhvr. Good day.

I believe both the issues have been resolved - there may still be some people affected, but I've had no more recent reports of it. That situation is being monitored, but it looks to have been sorted.

I haven't received this big surprisingly I spent over 2mil bp and everything seems to be fine luckily

Imo they're pretty equal. Khaine is god-tier in responding to any technical issues and Mandy is really helpful in communicating between the devs and the community

I don't know if this is exactly the same but this issue popped up to a friend of mine recently.
I checked if they restarted within the past 30-40 minutes and they had.
I don't know if this is the same issue you're talking about or not, so sorry for any confusion if this isn't the case!
