Bugged Crowns

I was wondering if anyone else is having these issues as well. I just played a game and got the crown AND escaped as Jane and went to go put it on and just like before it is not there. I have had the same thing happen twice with Jake as well. I escape and do not get the item. I put a ticket in and all they said is they know about it and they are working on it.

I feel like the extension in time of the event was their "solution" to the bug but I do not need longer time for the event if the bug is not fixed. If I cannot get the crown then an extension of time won't help.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? I also know it does not work for license characters and I do not use them currently. I have lost the crown 3 times now. Anyone else having this issue?

    I’ve been having the same issue as well, I played as the Hag and the Huntress, then Ace and Feng. Collected the crown on all occasions and escaped as the survivors. Told me crown was unlocked but didn’t appear in cosmetics. I’m on PS4.
