I have never been less interested in DbD than I am now
I've gone past burnout and entered apathy. There's nothing interesting or fun about the game to me anymore. The last few chapters have only made the game worse overall and this "event" just drove home that same lack of quality. Why would I spend several minutes holding down M1, or running around in circles, when I could be doing literally anything else?
I got Sea of Thieves recently and it's been such a breath of fresh air to sail the high seas, as opposed to wading through bugs on top of grind on top of more bugs.
Anyone else feeling the same?

You're addicted, which is why it feels like that. It's okay to take a break or even never play the game again. It's just a game, and if you're not having fun with it then find something better to do with your time!

I'd hardly call myself addicted. I've been playing the game sparsely since Trickster came out and every update since then has caused me to play the game even less. I'm just at the point where I see no reason to keep playing.

When I felt like that I stopped playing.
Currently I feel like playing because I only came back recently after a break, but at the worst possible time I guess since it is unplayable on ps4 pro. :(

Yeah right now I’m just not playing. All of the new content from the past 6 months has just been bad imo

I mean just by virtue of posting about it instead of just playing a different game says something.

But I have been. I just finished a session and was pondering what to do next. I thought of dbd and its latest update and wanted to share what I was thinking. Can I not do that?

Nope. I play DBD 4-5 days a week and play other games as well. If I only played one game every day or even just one game every day I gamed - I would burn out quickly no matter what game it was. I have been playing DBD since about 2 months after launch and still enjoy it each day I play (Enjoy the game...not necessarily every match).
