First game since the event starts as Legion (rank 13) and I meet SWF who teabags, flashlight me, with both grenades and flashlights, they split on gens in teams of two and two right from the start. I didn't want to believe that people are this "fun" during this event as people here said, but I guess this is true.
I mean they have the right to do so, it is just sad :(

I play legion and doctor during these events. They are farming because im making them by simply playing legion or doc. Legion i run lethal pursuer to get a ff hit chain as quick as possible. If you can keep up the pressure from it thats when ruin comes into play. Bbq obviously. And thana because theyll spend the time healing giving ruin value.

Yeah. It's precisely why I play Killer and, if not strictly farm, at least let survivors go. Especially if they've got their crowns and/or contributed cakes. Let them have their extra 5,000 x whatever Survival points. No skin off my nose.

Is this a joke? They should be banned for what? Doing things that are in the game? Crouching too fast? Clicking a flashlight? Working on gen with a teammate?

Everyone who does something to annoy the other side does not deserve to play, no matter if they are survivors or killers.

I don't nod as killer and I don't teabag as survivor, I'm bad with flashlight, so I don't use them at all. I can't moonwalk or 360, I don't camp (only if people are REALLY asking for it running around the hooked person). And this match I had no time to do anything but still get this BM. I only picked Legion because of the daily. My perks were level one. I don't play well and I don't write anything at all at the end game chat.
But yeah, dicks will be dicks 😐

I mean some survivors just like to play to win and as you said they have the right to play the way they want to and its one game out of 2 weeks worth of a boat load of BPS so I wouldn't stress it. If you come across a team like that get into sweat mode. I am going for the crowns on ALL of my original characters on both sides so when I am getting a crown for a killer I don't normally play as I just prepare to lose. I wouldn't stress one game If it was every game out of 25 I could understand.

I've decided not to put up with toxic players anymore. I will play normally with good players and farm with players that are obviously bad at the game, but the second I get a whiff of toxicity, I'm just going to face a corner and admire the bricks. I don't play this game so people can get off on being mean or demeaning towards me. I'll just alt+tab to youtube.

I'm seeing every killer tryharding. It's ultra rare to see survivors get more than 10K during the event while killers get an astonishing 30K for playing the powerful role. Using powerful hex totems because they know survivors having to do more than 1 objective puts the game hugely in their favor.

How is spawning in pairs and working on 2 separate gens being dicks? Especially when the most efficient method, especially against Legion, is for all 4 survivors to split up and work on different gens across the map?
Also simply using a flashlight or flashbang doesn't make you a dick either.

In my matches killers usually don't get more than 20k. The average for everyone that I'm seeing, including killers, is like 15k. No one's earning much.

To be fair, while playing solo queue survivor is ######### awful - playing solo queue survivor during an event is almost unbearable. I have yet to play a single game this event that didn't have the killer with best addons/perks and playing like a scumbag.

No, there shouldn't be any bans for what you consider to be bad manners in a game.
They aren't cheating, they aren't using exploits. It's absurd to say people should be banned for playing the way you don't like.

Not "playing the way you don't like." I don't care about camping, genrushing, flashlight saves, whatever. I mean things like slugging and refusing to hook people without a reason, teabagging, & being a jackass in post-game chat. Read through 90% of the threads here and you can see how terrible it all is for the game's health.

Everyone's friends are more likely to be on during an event and for longer so toxic swf team amount go up. Killer get fed up and slap on their strongest builds so toxic killer behavior go up.
"us vs them" mentality comes out in full force as well.
This happens during every event sadly. But there's not much to do but try and get people not to do it (good luck). Hope things get better.

It is annoying only because it was the first game! We all have expectations and I was in a good mood, I unlocked my cakes and was waiting for some kinda farming games, even decided to let go people in the end. Despite game being not in the best state right now I still had desire to have fun and chill. And then I meet three ttv friends who t-bags like their life depend on it. Then stun me non-stop with lockers, pallets and flashgrenades. They were sweaty AF like I have some OP build or play as pro which I didn't. It is even more frustrating because I don't do this ever, I don't BM even if I'm mad or people were #########.
They shouldn't be banned of course, I just needed to vent. My expectations are my expectations I get it. But if they won't even let you hook one person, why bring cakes for points? If you play like that...

It's not fun but it's part of the game. People should not be banned for playing the game in a way you don't like. I don't like those things either but I don't think anyone should be banned for it. And all the complaints about the post-game chat always make me laugh. Don't read it. Problem solved.
